FBO Ad - 7WA2451 U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Moses Lake Delineated Area: North: Road 10 NE to W-17 to W-282 East: BL-90 to W-17 to Stratford Road NE, which turns into Road J NE/Moses Lake-Stratford Road South: Interstate 90 West: Dodson Road NW Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 945 Office; 2,000 Open Warehouse 25,000 Sq. Ft. Fenced Wareyard Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,045 Office; 2,000 Open Warehouse 25,000 Sq. Ft. Wareyard Space Type: Office & Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 4 for GOV parking Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 4 for GOV parking Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Office, warehouse and wareyard space shall be contiguous. Offered warehouse space shall be capable of accommodating overhead door that is a minimum of 13-foot high, 14-foot wide. Wareyard will require 8-foot high fence with 3-strand barbwire at top; sites in commercial office or industrial park that prohibit this will not be considered. An additional 6 public parking spaces should be available within a walkable ½ mile of offered space. Offe red space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plai n. Expressions of Interest Submission Requirements: This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals. Expressions of interest MUST be submitted in writing and, at a minimum, include the information cited herein. Expressions of interest are welcome only from property owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of an agreement authorizing representation. Responses omitting the items below may not be considered: 1. Address of proposed property. 2. Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact. 3. Name and contact information of the property ownership’s legal entity. 4. Written acknowledgement is required from the owner or the owner’s agents where an agent represents multiple ownership entities. Delete for procurement summary page. do not use for full and open procurements. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be supportable. Consideration of “non-productive agency downtime” in a CBA should be rare.
