- DWG 120777E Return completed questionnaire by due date DWG 120994F Spec. 381, Rev.F Spec. 357, Rev.E Statement of Work The United States Coast Guard is seeking contractors interested in submitting proposals for the fabrication and delivery of buoy parts (casting fabrication) for USCG Waterway Operations Product Line (WOPL) used by Aids to Navigation (ATON) units across the U. S. Coast Guard. The buoy parts shall be fabricated in accordance with attached Specification No. 381, Revision F; Specification No. 357, Revision E, Drawing 120777 Rev. E; Drawing 120994, Rev. F; and Statement of Work for Buoy Parts (Casting Fabrication) Modified 12 June 2018. This is a Sources Sought/Market Survey announcement targeting companies that can provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, facilities and supervision to fabricate and deliver buoy parts to multiple Coast Guard destinations. The Government anticipates issuing a single solicitation resulting in the award of a Requirements Type contract with fixed-price delivery orders. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment for steel and fuel. The anticipated period of performance is for a base year and four option years with an expected start date on/or about April 2019. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 332999, All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. A small business set-aside determination will be made based upon the results of this Sources Sought notice (i.e. if enough small business interest indicates that a set-aside for small business will result in an adequate number of responses for competition purposes).
