This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8125-19-R-0002 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-1003. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 335314. The size standard is 750. The proposed acquisition is set a-side for 100% small businesses. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the design, upgrade, calibration, correlation, and training of a Fuel Pump Test Stand Upgrade.
