- The USPFO-PR awarded a firm fixed priced contract order to OS-DB-JV-LLC to modernize buidings #121 & 123 at Fort Allen Training Annex. Actions in accordance to FAR 14 (Sealed Bidding) Acquisition Procedures guidelines were conducted awarding to the lowest bidder contractor eligible from within the socio-economic designated set aside for Service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns in the District of PR.
