This Industry Day announcement is considered a special notice and is issued for informational and market research purposes. The formal synopsis for the anticipated LTATV follow-on requirement will be posted at a later date. This LTATV Industry Day Announcement is associated with the LTATV Follow-On Request for Information (RFI) posted on FBO under H92403-18-LTATVRFI. This Industry Day Event will occur 14-15 November 2018 from 0800 to approximately 1700 at the unclassified NexTech Solutions (NTS) Pinewood Facility located at 6701 S. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33611. Industry Day attendance is voluntary and is not required for submissions to the formal LTATV request for proposal (RFP) announcement which will be posted on a future date. The LTATV Industry Day will be dedicated to an informational briefing, question and answer (Q&A) session, and one-on-one vendor/Government meetings. This Industry Day's General and Q&A sessions will be open to all registered parties. The one-on-one meetings will be open to those who intend to propose as a prime contractor and have requested and received confirmation for a meeting. One-on-ones will be limited to 30 minutes, with the goal of discussing the vendor's current capabilities regarding the fulfillment of the LTATV specifications. Due to limited seating, attendance is restricted to three (3) persons per registered parties for all sessions, to include the one-on-one meetings. No classified information is anticipated under this program, and classified information will not be discussed. The anticipated schedule for Day 1, 14 November 2018, will be as follows: 8:00 - 8:30: Sign-In 8:30 - 10:30: General Session (Going over draft technical documentation, draft contract structure, proposal issues we've seen in the past) 10:30 - 11:00: Submission of Questions 11:00 - 12:30: Lunch 12:30 - 13:30: Q&A Session 13:30 - 17:00: One-on-One Meetings and Vendor Networking Day 2, 15 November 2018, will be dependent on the number of vendors requesting to attend Industry Day. If all vendors wishing to attend the General Session are able to be accommodated on Day 1, but the number of one-on-one meetings exceeds space allowed, Day 2 will be used as overflow for remaining one-on-one meetings only.
