Description

Network Contracting Office 21 intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for Project 612 - 503, Construct Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Building. The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for construction of a Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Building, per specifications and drawings. Place of performance is 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94533. Period of Performance is 400 days from issuance of Notice To Proceed. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be available at www.fbo.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on this website. All parties must obtain solicitation documents and amendments to the solicitation through FBO. Hard copies will not be mailed. It is the responsibility of all bidders to frequently check the website for all notices, amendment, etc., regarding this solicitation. The Government will not be responsible for any notification not sent or received by the bidder regarding the solicitation. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the procedures specified in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as an IFB conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 14 Sealed Bidding. This project is being solicited as a total set-aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Small-Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Contractors, with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 16 October 2018.
