- RFI 1630DC-19-N-00002 ETA's Office of Workforce Investment (OWI), Division of Indian and Native American Programs (DINAP) is seeking information from qualified 8a Native American contractors to support Native American Employment and Training grants awarded to Federally Recognized tribes, Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs), Native American non-profit organizations, Alaska Native organizations and Native Hawaiian organizations (hereinafter referred to as Indian and Native American (INA) grantees). ETA is seeking to expand the capacity of INA grantees to provide employment and training services to low income and unemployed Native Americans and provide logistical and administrative support to the Secretary of Labor's, Native American Employment and Training Council. Support provided by the contractor will help improve the capabilities of INA grantees to provide employment and training services to American Indian, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian communities throughout the United States. The contractor will serve as a liaison between DINAP and INA grantees assisting with developing three (3) training conferences per year and arranging for direct peer-to-peer training to individual grantees when needed. In addition, the contractor will assist ETA with logistical and administrative support for at least two (2) Native American Employment and Training Advisory Council (NAETC) meetings per year. The contractor will also provide grantees with customer service support for ETA's case management system (CMS). The contractor will support DINAP in analyzing data and developing presentations and reports based on data provided through the CMS and develop training modules as necessary.
