Description

Procurement of Antenna Coupler and Vehicle Antenna. Sole Source to HARRIS Corporation. Solicitation N0042119Q0028 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with HARRIS Corporation under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Harris is the OEM and only known company that can furnish the product. This is a brand name 100 % match only! Substitute or similar product will not be accepted. This notice is intent to Sole Source with Harris Corporation. ***Basis for Award*** Contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
