- TITLE: 6680; REGULATOR-GAGE, SUCTION APPARATUS; WSIC: L PR: 1000070856, ISSUE DATE: 1 NOV 2018; CLOSING DATE: 3 DEC 2018 This solicitation will result in an UNRESTRICTED Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The NSN is 6680-01-305-5435, REGULATOR-GAGE, SUCTION APPARATUS; P/N: RD859UL0H7. The estimated annual quantity is 151 units. The item intended source is Pall Aeropower Corporation (CAGE 18350). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to Pall Aeropower Corporation (CAGE 18350). Any manufacturer, other than the intended source wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dla.mil/Portals/104/Documents/Aviation/Source%20Approval%20Handbook.pdf. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED using OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. This is a Critical Safety Item and a Critical Application Item. The following terms apply: FOB: DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance; ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK). Production delivery will be 140 days after date of award. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote.
