Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MA City: SPRINGFIELD Delineated Area: CBD Springfield, MA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 415.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 436 Space Type: Office (415 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 21 Firm Term: 21 Soft Term: 0 Option 1 Term: 0 Option 2 Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one floor Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (415 USF ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in SPRINGFIELD, MA. The current lease will be expiring 3/31/2019. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of Interest should include the following: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. •2) Legal description •3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered with window line clearly marked •4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet •5) Rentable Square Feet Offered •6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet •7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. •8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
