Description

Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) proposes to release a solicitation for the maintenance and repair effort for the Natural Gas Pipeline located at SIAD, using a FFP, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, with three ordering periods. Sierra Army Depot will own approximately 76,922 feet of natural gas pipe line. Pipe sizes range from 1,335ft of 1-1/4inch PE, 158ft of 1-1/2inch PE, 5,699ft of 2inch PE, 83ft of 2inch steel, 16,147ft of 3inch PE, 24,249ft of 4inch PE, 28,273ft of 4inch steel and 978ft of 6inch steel. System consists of high, medium and low pressure regulators, valves, meters and cathodic protection. There are approximately 75 regulator stations in the system. The contractor shall provide and complete all aspects of operation and maintenance pertaining to the gas line including inspection of the natural gas system, performing service calls when needed, preventative maintenance, and all other schedule maintenance and repairs. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform operational maintenance.
