Description

Stryker Sonopet Ultrasound Aspirator System used in Hard & soft tissue bone dissection repairs. This requirement will be Preventive Maintenance & Repair services provided by the OEM. Special Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0218Q0221 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0218Q0221 to Stryker Instruments in the amount of $45,577.44 for a Base Year and (2) one-year Options of contractor proprietary Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services in support of the Sonopet Ultrasound Aspirator System located at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated proprietary maintenance can provide supporting documents demonstrating their service capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
