Description

This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24618Q9350, will be issued on or about October 19, 2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical, Richmond, VA has a requirement for Snow and Ice Removal services, total area equals 2,746,264 square feet. The contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to clear snow and ice from identified roads and parking lots at the Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1201 Broad Rock Boulevard, Richmond, VA 23249. The period of performance for the resultant contract will be a five (5) one year ordering period, November 2, 2018 November 11, 2023 in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 561790 with a size standard of $7.5 Million.
