Description

Incubator & Shaker Equipment List Statement of Work (SOW) Request for Quote (RFQ) The NIEHS has a requirement for Incubators and Shakers Preventative Maintenance and Repair. This is a 6-month bridge to allow sufficient time for the re-compete of contract # HHSN273201500011C. The contractor must clearly meet the criteria listed in this request for quote (RFQ) and in the statement of work (SOW). Basis of Award: The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented by the Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR) will be used to evaluate the offer and award this requirement. The Government intends to make an award to the Quoter whose submission provides the best overall value to the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $20.5 million dollars. Set Aside: Small Business Contract Type: Firm-fixed price (FFP).
