- 18R0405_0002 Att IV Line Items 0030-0033 18R0405_0002 Att IV LIne Items 0001-0029 18R0405_0002 Att III Small Business SubK Form 19.3 18R0405_0002 Att I Area of Supply Interest & Tech Compliance 2018 18R0405_0002 SF30 and Summary Effective 09/02/2018, the following revisions are hereby incorporated as Amendment 0002 to Solicitation SPE604-18-R-0405: 1. The Solicitation Parameters for Line Item (LI) 0001 Westover ARB, are hereby updated to change the SIP location from Zn6 Non-NY to Henry Hub. 2. The Estimated Usage Information for LI 0002 Fort Drum, is hereby updated to reflect the most current volume consumption estimates. 3. The Estimated Usage Information for LI 0013 Submarine Base New London, is hereby updated to reflect zero curtailment days per month. 4. The Notes for Tied Group 1, LI 0016 Carlisle Barracks, LI 0017 NSA Mechanicsburg, LI 0018 DLA Distribution Mechanicsburg, and LI 0019 DLA Distribution Mechanicsburg, are hereby updated to state that these installations have both Firm and Interruptible accounts/meters with the LDC. Supply to the LDC is being procured as Firm, however, suppliers should note that not all accounts are Firm behind the Citygate. 5. The Notes for LI 0024 Fort Lee, are hereby removed in their entirety. 6. The Estimated Usage Information for LI 0025 Quantico MCB, is hereby updated to reflect the most current volume consumption estimates. 7. The Estimated Usage Information for LI 0025 Quantico MCB, is hereby updated to reflect zero curtailment days per month. 8. The Notes for LI 0025 Quantico MCB, are hereby removed in their entirety. 9. The Estimated Usage Information for LI 0026 FBI Academy Quantico, is hereby updated to reflect the most current volume consumption estimates. 10. The Notes for LI 0026 FBI Academy Quantico, are hereby removed in their entirety. 11. The Estimated Usage Information for LI 0027 Naval Station Newport- Firm, is hereby updated to reflect the most current volume consumption estimates. 12. The Solicitation Parameters for LI 0027 Naval Station Newport- Firm are hereby updated to revise the Overage and Shortage Volume Pricing information. 13. The customer requirement has been removed and the closing date is hereby cancelled for offers on LI 0028, Naval Station Newport- Thermal. 14. The Estimated Usage Information for LI 0029 Naval Station Newport- Interruptible, is hereby updated to reflect the most current volume consumption estimates. 15. The Solicitation Parameters for LI 0029 Naval Station Newport- Interruptible are hereby updated to revise the Overage and Shortage Volume Pricing information. 16. Two updated Attachment IV - Solicitation Schedule Pages files are included as an attachment to this Amendment. 20. An updated Attachment 1 - Area of Supply Interest & Tech Compliance is hereby included as an attachment to this Amendment. 21. An updated Attachment III Small Business Subcontracting Form 19.3 is hereby included as an attachment to this Amendment. 22. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
