Description

Procurement of modified drawings for the AN/GRN-33 ILS. Sole Source to the OEM. Solicitation N0042119Q0016 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Selex ES Incorporated under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) 4.11.7 has been tasked with procuring modified drawings for the AN/GRN-33 ILS. Selex ES, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the AN/GRN-33 ILS and own proprietary rights to the drawings. They are the only source that can modify and provide updates to their drawings. ***Basis for Award*** This notice is intent to Sole Source with Selex ES, Incorporated. Contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
