For Offeror's convenience, the Addendum to Commercial Agreement referenced in the RFQ-2019-002 is attached. This attachment is the EXCEL Workbook containing the Request for Quotaiton RFQ-2019-002 consisting of four tabs/Worksheets: 1) REQUIREMENTS and INSTRUCTIONS, 2) PRICING TABLE, 3) PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and 4) Addendum to Commercial Agreements Hyperlink. This Workbook provides the information that Offeror will need to respond to this request for quotation. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR ANNUAL RENEWAL OF THE SENATE'S SYMANTEC ENDPOINT PROTECTION SOFTWARE LICENSES AND SUPPORT. PLEASE GO TO THE ATTACHMENT FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WHICH OFFEROR SHALL REVIEW, COMPLETE, AND SUBMIT TO RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE.
