- Description
- The Aerospace Medical Certification Division (AMCD)of the Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI), located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Administrative, Professional and Technical (APT) Services to management, supervision, quality management and labor to support the following labor categories: Clerks, Administrative Assistants, Word Processors, Medical Records Clerks, Computer Operators and Educations Technologists. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The contract will have firm-fixed price and labor hour. This acquisition is set-aside consisting of eligible SDB concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611, Office Administrative Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 million. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Cynthia Cooper, Contract Specialist (AAQ-731), via e-mail at cynthia.cooper@faa.gov. This source selection will be conducted utilizing Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable procedures. Proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time (Central Time Zone), November 16, 2018 and must be submitted to FAA, Customer Service Desk (AAQ-700) depository located in Bldg 014-AHQ, Room 233A. Physical Address: 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73169. Mailing Address: P.O. Box 25082, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73125. The proposal must be sealed and labeled as follows: SIR/RFO 6973GH-19-R-00002, C/O Cynthia Cooper, due 3:00 p.m. CT, November 16, 2018. Offerors submitting proposals by hand-delivery will need to consider allowing sufficient time to process through the security procedures in place at MMAC. Overnight delivery of responses to this SIR/RFO may also be impacted if not sent in sufficient time to allow for the special mail-handling procedures in place at MMAC. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 3:00 p.m. CT, November 16, 2018, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
