RLP Package General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Buffalo Delineated Area: North: Virginia St. South: South Park Ave. to Main St. to 190 to Rt. 5 to Delaware Ave (Rt.384) to Eagle Street East: Louisiana St. to Seneca St to S Cedar St to Swan St. to Pine Street to William St to Bennett St./Ash St To Genesee St. To Michigan Ave. West: S. Elmwood Ave. Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,985 - 15,734 ABOASF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Lease Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option: None Additional Requirements: • The lease spaced must be contiguous on no more than two contiguous floors and must meet the Agency's adjacency requirements provided in the Exhibit B Agency Special Requirements • Two elevators required if space is above ground level. One elevator can be a freight elevator. • Offered space must be within 2 blocks of public transportation if available in the area. • Employee and Visitor parking spaces should be onsite if dictated by the local code or within 2 blocks of the leased space. • Below grade space is unacceptable. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be within a 100 year flood plain. Authorized Contacts: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative DTZ Americas, Inc. dba Cushman & Wakefield.
