- Special Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0219Q0021 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0219Q0021 to Med Study Corporation in the amount of $27,072.00 for proprietary On-line educational learning materials of Pediatric Residents On-line Study Tools website training, residency, and Continuing Medical Education at Department of Graduate Medical Education (GME) / Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. These educational training tools, and on-line website tools are proprietary to Med Study Corporation used in preparation for the American Board of Pediatrics Exam. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
