- DLA Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit and award a one-time Firm-Fixed Price contract utilizing Other Than Full and Open Competition citing under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) for a single QTY 8 EA. NSN 6110-01-647-1686. The approved source is Moog Inc. (68J03) Part Number CB47396-001 DISTRIBUTION BOX.. The item is managed by The United States Marine Corp. (USMC), specifically LOGCOM (Logistics Command) with the technical information being managed by SYSCOM (System Command). This item has been identified as Depot Level Repairable (DLR). The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted procurement, as there is only one approved manufacturer as the source, who is, Moog Inc. (68J03).Based on market research these items are not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. FOB Origin and Inspection Acceptance at destination is required.
