Description

Amendment to Notice of Intent ( Special Notice) This notice of intent is hereby amended to reflect administrative correction to the Justification and approval (J & A) / fourth document. Corrected J & A is appended to current NOI announcement as attachment five. No change has been made to the Government s intent to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for EBSCO Catalog products for the Durham VAMC with EBSCO Industries Inc. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within five (4) calendar days of this publication by contacting Paul O.
