Description
Submittal Transmittal Form Gradation Submittal Register Approved Material Source Alma and Brownsville Delivery Locations Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Maintenance and Repair Unit, has a need for 3,100 tons of R40 Graded Rock (riprap) fill for Pool 4 in Alma, Wisconsin and 2,800 tons for Pool 8 in Brownsville, Minnesota. The Contractor shall provide all plant labor and material necessary to furnish and deliver the riprap. It is anticipated that work shall be begin within 7 days of contract award and shall be completed as soon as possible, but no later than April 1, 2019. The solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 212312, Crushed and Broken Limestone Mining and Quarrying, with a size standard of 750 employees. The procurement is a total Small Business set-aside. The solicitation due date is 11/09/2018 at 10:00am CST. No CD's or hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking the fbo.gov website for any update(s) to the solicitation. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the document posted at the referenced website. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to receiving an award, have an active SAM account, and have the Representations and Certifications (FAR and DFARS) sections completed prior to award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov.
