- NSN: 2540-12-356-1325, HEATER, VEHICULAR, COMPARTMENT This NSN will be procured under an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. A base period of 3 years and two separate 1 year option years with a total duration not to exceed 5 years is anticipated. FOB Destination (First Destination Transportation applies) and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination are required. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil// after the issue date of 10/29/2018. Due to system constraints, it may take as long as three business days from the stated issue date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS. Technical drawings/bid sets are not available. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of quotes, quotes can be evaluated according to "best value" procedures on the basis of a combination of Price, Past Performance and Delivery. All quotes shall be in English and in US dollars. The item under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
