Types of disasters and emergencies that could happen in the continental United States (CONUS), as well as outside the continental United States (OCONUS) locations include, but are not limited to, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, cyclones, tornadoes, blizzards, acts of terrorism, tsunamis, and avalanches. To support this mission, FEMA is soliciting for (4) Stinar SPS-3517 or comparable Passenger Staircase Trucks for the Saipan Airport capable of servicing an A330 and a Boeing 737 (B737) with Expedited Delivery. Please provide a capability statement including delivery time to Saipan. Responses are due no later than 2pm EST on October 30, 2018.
