Description

RFQ-CSU-19-005-JJP The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) - Crow Service Unit, is requesting quotes in response to RFQ-CSU-19-005-JJP for Task Chairs for the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Crow Agency, MT. The Crow IHS will be awarding a fixed price purchase order for the chairs as provided in the scope of work. The procurement is conducted under Simplified Acquisition procedures pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Crow Service Unit has set a standard type of office furniture to establish consistency within the service unit, those standard manufacture and model numbers are listed on the Price Schedule. This procurement is set aside 100% for Indian Owned small business concerns. The NAICS code is 337214 with size standard of 1,000 employees. Only new equipment with at least one year manufactures warranty will be accepted, used or refurbished equipment will not be accepted.
