- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1680 Drogue Extraction Chute Container Assembly. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1680-01-391-3335. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1680-01-391-3335 Drogue Extraction Chute Container Assembly Estimated Annual Demand Qty-89 each Minimum Order Quantity - 22 each Maximum Order Quantity - 89 each Maximum Contract Quantity - 680 each This Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than full and open competition under statutory authority U.S.C.2304(c)(1) The approved sources of supply are as follows: Coating Specialties Inc. DBA Aero 53616 P/N J114731-503 AMI Industries, Inc. DBA Goodrich 31218 P/N J114731-503 RAINIER INDUSTRIES LTD. MARKHAM 22377 P/N J114731-503 FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Life Support as well as a Critical Application Item. Government First Article Testing and Textile Testing applies. Delivery is 90 days for the Textile Sample, 120 days for Textile Testing and Evaluation, 180 days for the First Article, 120 days for the Testing and Evaluation, and 240 days for the Production Quantity. The Total Required Delivery is 750 days. SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
