Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS), 2121 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, Indiana 46806, has a need for on-site Radiation Oncology Services to include new patient visits, patient follow-up visits, radiation oncology, medical physicist, and dosimetrist peer reviews and tumor board conferences. The procurement will be solicited utilizing FAR Parts 13 and VAAR 873. The procurement will be for a 12-month base year with four option year renewals. NAICS Code 621111, Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists), applies with a size standard of $11.0 million. The solicitation document will be available on or after November 2, 2018.
