Description

Appendix A Performance Work Statement (PWS) FA8125-19-R-0003 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the formats in Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8125-19-R-0003 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-1003. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310. The size standard is $7.5 Million. There is NO set-aside for small business. The Government intends to award an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract for the procurement of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinery Remedial Maintenance (RM).
