- Exhibit A_CDRLs (A001-A045) Performance-Based Work Statement_20 Aug 2018 RFP Amend 0004 ***Posted 10/30/2018 -- This amendment (RFP FA8523-16-R-0023-0004) serves to incorporate Production requirements. RFP Amend 0004, Performance-Based Work Statement dtd 20 Aug 2018, Exhibit A (CDRLs A001-A045), and Configurations and MPQs spreadsheet, attached per reference. Note the closing date for updated proposal is 29 Nov 2018 at 5:00 PM Eastern.*** This statement provides notice that the government anticipates awarding a primarily Firm-Fixed Price contract for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) in support of the Comprehensive Advanced Targeting Pod (ATP) - LITENING. The Contractor shall provide efforts required for Availability Support Fixed, Availability Support Variable, Site Activation CONUS, Site Activation OCONUS, Maintenance/Aircrew Training, Engineering Services CONUS, Engineering Services OCONUS, Replenishment, Hardware Modifications, Software Modifications, Special Studies/Analysis, Technical Manuals and Over and Above in support of the LITENING system. The proposed contract action is for services and supplies for which the Government intends to negotiate and award a five-year sole source contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (CAGE: 26916), 600 Hicks Road, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008. This is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". All responsible sources may submit a capability statement of proposal, which shall be reviewed by the U.S. Government. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract action will be based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 16.201, foreign participation is not permitted at the prime contractor level. All potential offerors should contact the Contracting Specialist/Procuring Contracting Officer identified above for additional information, questions, and/or concerns. This solicitation is expected to be released on 24 May 2016 with a response due no later than 90 days after the issuance of the solicitation. The period of performance for this contract will consist of one (1) 12-month basic period and four (4) 12-month ordering periods.
