- Technical Description for OST PRISM Legacy Data Extract Tool REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT IS ATTACHED This is a request for information (RFI) only, and is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This RFI notice is for information purposes only and does not obligate the government in any way. The Government will not reimburse the respondents for any costs associated with the information submitted in response to this request. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. Information received in response to this RFI will be safeguarded adequately from unauthorized disclosure. The Government will treat each submission as confidential when requested by the submitter, and will not disclose such submission outside of the Government except as permitted by law. The due date for the submission of responses to this RFI is November 6, 2018 at 2 pm Eastern Time.
