Description

This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify sources that can provide and install a COMPLETE OPHTHALMOLOGIC EXAM LANE for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI, 48105. The vendor shall provide all necessary items to outfit a new ophthalmologic exam lane to include: exam chair, floor stand with instrument console, Haag-Streit 900 BQ LED slit lamp, wall mounted chart projector, Haag-Streit BP/BQ/BX tonometer, pneumatic stool, LED wireless indirect with subline charging system and front surface mirror set. This equipment will need to be delivered to the eye clinic and requires professional installation by your technician. If your business can provide the above required equipment and installation, please respond to this Sources Sought inquiry by Friday, November 2, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. EST.
