General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Minnesota City: St. Paul Delineated Area: Downtown Area - North - 11th Street South - Kellogg Boulevard East - Wall Street West - St. Peter Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 75,236 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 75,736 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 23 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 23 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 23 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: • Offered space must be located on the 2nd floor or higher • Parking spaces cannot be located in the underground parking garage of the building which space is being offered • Access to building freight elevator 24/7. • Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. • All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
