For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON AX8C0522AX supports a three (3) year IDIQ type contract, with ordering minimum/maximums of 10/100 respectivley. The Government proposes to acquire, on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract with a quantity of 61 each of a TEST SET, CALIBRATION, NSN: 4920-01-522-5015, Part Number: 570-8552-01 applicable to the BK CH-47 CHINOOK weapon system. This item is limited to: L3 COMMUNICATIONS AVIONICS SYSTEMS, INC (DBA BF GOODRICH AVIONICS SYS) CAGE CODE: 25583 The AMC/AMSC code for this effort is 3D. These items are suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(1) having only a limited number of responsible sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
