Description

Solicitation CSU2019-001 **Set Aside for Indian Small Busines Economic Enterprise. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is governed by the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, and offers from Buy Indian small businesses only will be considered for award. This requirement is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for IT office equipment to be ordered on an "as needed basis" by the Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Chinle Service Unit (CSU) healthcare facilities. The Chinle Service Unit (CSU), which consists of (1) hospital and (4) satellite clinics; Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Pinon Health Center, Tsaile Health Center, Many Farms Clinic, and Rock Point Clinic. Refer to enclosed Solicitation CSU2019-001 in its entirety.
