- Santa Maria Delineated Area Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: Santa Maria Delineated Area: North: Donovan Rd South: McCoy Ln to Crossroads Lane to Bradley Rd to Betteravia Rd East: Hwy 101 West: Blosser Road / Skyway Dr. Sq. Ft. (ABOA*): Office Space : 8,509 - 8,900 ABOA SF (Approximately 9,665 RSF) Space Type: Minimum requirements: •· Quality building of sound and substantial construction. •· Offered space must be contiguous on no more than two floors. •· Space must allow for efficient use. •· Space must be within walkable ½ mile to public transportation and local area amenities •· Where on-site parking is not available, parking for the disabled must be located within the same block. •· Lessor to provide TI Allowance per Request for Lease Proposal. Personal Vehicle Parking Spaces As required by local code. 2 reserved spaces. Full Term: 120 Months (10 years) Firm Term: 60 months (5 years) Option Term: Two 60 month (5 year) options. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (ADA/ABAAS), seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease will be 7CAaccessible to the government at all times (24/7). ABOA square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local code.
