Description

Urgent requirement for special spinal implants for patient surgery. CeSpace XP Interbody System. Special Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0219Q0026 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0219Q0026 to Aesculap Implant System LLC in the amount of $50,000.00 for CeSpace XP Interbody System spinal implants for an 03 Priority surgical procedures, at Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services / Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. The Surgeon has made the determination that these products will best meet the patient's needs during surgery and these products must be FDA Approved. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
