- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a base + 4 solicitation Period of performance is listed below Base Year from 17 December -2018 To 16 December-2019 1st option 17 December -2019 To 16 December-2020 2nd option 17 December -2020 To 16 December-2021 3rd option 17 December -2021 To 16 December-2022 4th option 17 December -2022 To 16 December-2023 The Mission Installation Contracting Command - West Point has a requirement for ski lift engineering services to inspect the Borvig triple chair lift and adjacent Multi-Star handle tow, located at the Victor Constant Ski Slope, West Point, NY. This solicitation, number W911SD-19-R-0002 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-70 effective 30 September 2018 and in compliant with ANSI Standard B77.1. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 (Engineering Services) with a size standard of $15 million. Proposals from other than small businesses will not be accepted. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Quoter's are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern. This solicitation is issued in electronic format only and will be available on the internet at: https://fbo.gov This combined synopsis-solicitation has been amended and the revised document may be viewed below. The proposal deadline has been revised to no later than 12:00 AM EST Tuesday, 6 November 2018. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure the timely delivery of their electronic proposal to the point of contact identified in the solicitation document and submit poof of currant U.S. Engineering License with your proposal.
