- Description
- J&A for the addition of the Samsung Galaxy S3 CROM Tablet The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225, intends to modify the DoD Mobility Classified Capability (DMCC) Blanket Purchase Agreement, HC101317A0001, to include a line item for the next generation device, a custom read-only memory (CROM) Samsung Galaxy S3 tablet, for the DMCC offering. DITCO intends to issue the modification to AT&T Mobility LLC, 7229 Parkway Drive, Hanover, MD 21076. This modification will add a firm fixed price line item for the device for customers to acquire at the order level. Anticipated modification execution is in November 2018. The modification will be firm fixed price and will be available for three (3) one-year option periods. The period of performance is November 2018 - 05 February 2019, with the agreement expiring 05 February 2021. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other type of property or services will satisfy the agency requirement. Any company that determines they can provide the CROM Samsung Galaxy S3 may send a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Samsung, which confirms their ability to resell the device. Responsible sources may respond and shall be considered by the agency for the duration of the BPA.
