- The below NSN is being bought in accordance with Ibis Tek, LLC / 1SC69. Based on market research this item is commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 12 to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA ZIP CODE 31704-1128. FOB Origin and inspection acceptance at Origin is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 11/23/2018. Hard copies of this solicitation is not available. NSN - 6220-01-560-1174 - Part Number - 2203-100-001 - QTY - 50 This solicitation is an unrestricted procurement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and proposed delivery, per provisions (L&M Proc Note 215-9C09, L&M Proc Note 211-9051, and L&M Proc Note L08). The required delivery is 180 days ARO (After Receipt of Order). Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Unit of Issue: EA The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 6220. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is: Ibis Tek, LLC / Cage 1SC69 Place of performance - Butler, PA Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12. Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
