- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for an offer. This does not constitute as a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. Solicitation SPE4A6-19-R-X146, NSN 4235-20-001-1867, is being issued with two approved sources, SEI Industries ltd, CAGE 0CAE9, P/N IBLR251512A, and Basic Concepts, Inc., CAGE 0V4E7, P/N BCI-A1-UR-25X15. Please provide us with any sources that are able to manufacture this item. Also, please provide the location of the manufacture (city and state), and points of contact for these manufacturers, if available. This information can be submitted to: Debbie.Carneal@dla.mil. We thank you for your assistance. If your company desires to be reviewed and qualified as an "Approved Source" for this item, submit an application package through the Source Approval Request (SAR) Program. A SAR package contains all of the technical data needed to demonstrate that the prospective contractor can competently manufacture the product to the same level of quality, or better, than the required item.
