Description

2 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FUEL GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Need: Contractor shall provide the following fuel types on an as needed basis: Propane, Heating Oil, Off-Road Diesel, On-Road Diesel and 87 Octane Gasolines to the Lebanon VA Medical Centers. The period of performance is twelve (12) months from contract effective date. 2. Background: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. Contractor shall provide fuel delivery on an as needed basis for the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Fuel delivery may be required within the same day, depending on the situation, so contractor must be able to respond when needed. The fuel types needed, but not limited to are as follows: Propane, Heating Oil, Off-Road Diesel, On-Road Diesel and 87 Octane Gasoline. Below is the tank information: Lebanon All fuel tanks listed are below ground. Seven (7) Diesel Fuel tanks ranging in capacity from 1,500 gallons to 13, 000 gallons. Two (2) Unleaded Gasoline with a capacity of 1,500 gallons each. The following are the types of fuel and the estimated annual requirement: Heating Oil 1,500 gallons Diesel, On Road 30,000 gallons Diesel, Off Road 50,000 gallons Unleaded 87 Octane Fuel 2,000 gallons Propane 1,000 Full solicitation documents will be posted no later than 11/5/2018.
