Description

The purpose of the solicitation to the amendment is to address questions from prospective vendors. Question 1: [C]ould we use past performance from a [subcontractor]? Answer 1: Yes. In order to assess the experience of a subcontractor their information must be submitted, as part of the quote submission, in order to be considered. Question 2: What is the size of the storage yard? Answer 2: The exact size of the existing storage yard is unknown however, the existing storage yard, to include the perimeter fencing, can be used by the vendor. The existing area requires a new gate. This area will be moved in calendar year 2019 so this area is not permanent. Question 3: After the contract is awarded, when are you expecting to give a notice to proceed. Answer 3: The estimated effective date of the notice to proceed is for February 1, 2019.
