- HDTRA219T0001 Wage Determination HDTRA219T0001 Statement of Work - No Cost Recycle HDTRA219T0001 Final RFQ for No-Cost Recycle The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requiremnt for the removal of recyclable materials from designated areas located in and around the DTRA Test sites located at Kirtland AFB, NM and White Sands Missile Range, NM. The contractor shall perform all material(s) pick-up and removal, cleanup, transportation, and disposal at no cost to the government. The contractor's compensation for this work is limited to recycling of the recovered materials, no other use is authorized. Solicitation issue date is 5 November 2018 with a response date of 4 December 2018. Note Solicitation number is HDTRA219T0001.
