- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is not a solicitation. This is a notification of an intent to award a single source procurement under NAICS code 511210. The Bureau of Reclamation Acquisition and Operation Branch in Denver, Colorado will solicit and award a purchase order to Golder Associates. Golder will provide FracMan7 Software. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide this requirement. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Responsible sources may submit technical capability statement along with business profile to Contract Specialist, Melissa Corum at mcorum@usbr.gov by11:00 AM MT, November 9, 2018, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the single source negotiation or compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
