- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Iliana Healthcare System VISN 12, 1900 East Main Street Danville Illinois 61832, under the authority of FAR 13 (41 U.S.C. 1901 and implemented for restricting competition on this procurement via FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) ), intends to request quotation on a sole source basis with R. K. Dixon to facilitate the maintenance and ongoing functionality of the VA Iliana Healthcare facility document center fleet. NAICS 811212, with a size standard of $27500000 applies. R.K. Dixon is a maintenance partner for the Xerox Worcentre 4265 model currently deployed at the above-mentioned facility. R. K. Dixon will provide preventative maintenance and repair to ensure continued facility use and to prevent avoidable downtime. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and services, including transportation cost necessary to provide Maintenance Services for the VA Iliana Health Care System document fleet, for the period of one year after Date of award. Services are to be provided in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract. Any respondent to this notice must show that they have the capability to provide a program of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the facilities document center fleet (Xerox Worcentre 4265) and provide necessary consumable supplies for each unit (quantity of 6). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 pm CDT on Friday, November 9, 2018. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
