- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Jersey City: Toms River Delineated Area: N: Route 37 between Bimini Drive and Main Street E: Main Street between Route 37 and Highland Parkway; Highland Parkway between Main Street and Lakehurst Road W: Bimini Drive between Route 37 and Jamaica Boulevard S: Bimini Drive at Jamaica Boulevard east to Fort DeFrance Road; east to North Edgebrook Drive to Southampton Road; north to River Terrace; east to Gem Avenue; north to Lakehurst Road; east to Highland Parkway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,470 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,793 ABOA Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Access per local code Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •Space must be contiguous on a single level. •Space must be located on or above grade. •Space on the 2nd floor or higher must have access to at least 2 passenger elevators. •Column spacing must be at least 20' feet from center. •Offered space must be within 2 blocks of public transportation if available in the area. •Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. •All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
