- SOW P/N RS-7-1 Spectral LED Tunable Light Source Statement of Work APN7-18 Requirement A. Background The use of NAVAIR METCAL equipment funding is to procure Calibration Standards (CALSTDs) and ancillary equipment for Aviation Fleet Intermediate Calibration Activities, Fleet Training Activities and Aviation Navy Calibration Laboratories (NCLs) to support Aviation Organizational and Intermediate (I) level maintenance assets. All Cal Standards listed for procurement must first go through an approval process. This process includes: initial submission by the fleet; review and prioritization by the Fleet TYCOM’s; laboratory workload justification and standardization review by a NAVAIR METCAL technical review team; overall procurement strategy reviews to assess overall program objectives, priorities and funding. B. Tasking: The contractor shall provide the following equipment: 1) P/N RS-7-1 Spectral LED Tunable Light Source QTY 1 I. To include the following: a) 75mm Output with Radiance Calibration Readability b) Standard LED set with 32 discrete wavelengths c) 3 broadband channels, covering the 380nm - 1000nm wavelength range d) Built-in integrating sphere e) Built-in photodiode feedback/monitoring system f) Onboard thermoelectric cooling for the LED array g) Independent 16-bit DC constant current drivers for every LED channel h) Firmware to include: a. Synthesis engine to simulate target spectra b. Serial API command set for flexible automated control c. A device specific ISO/IEC 17025 calibration with absolute NIST traceability i) GUI application/Spectral LED Assistant C. Invoicing All invoicing shall be submitting into Wide Area Workflow for payment after ALL material is received in the condition as stated in section B. VENDOR – IF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, PLEASE MARK BOX/PACKAGE CONTAINING ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT WITH THE “ DO NOT SCAN ” STICKER
