Description

AMENDMENT 36C25619Q0012_A0002 Radioactive Waste Removal Additional Question and Answer 1. Is there a discrepancy with Attachment 9 for the three cardboard boxes.   One section reads for the Disposal in mCi; however, in the second column to the right the amounts are considerably higher.   For Box 185 the Disposal amount is 1 mCi; however, the activity in August the amount was 583.59 mCi.  Item 188 is listed as 1.5 for disposal, but had 1,073.56 in August.
