- Statement of Work The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a one time, sole source basis to: NU Spaces, 108 Cooper Hawk Drive, Coatesville, PA 19320 for the purpose of disassembly and reassembly of demountable walls and work stations for the products of multiple manufacturers to include; Kimball, Unicor, InScape, Wrightline, Mayline, Technion and Transwall that are used throughout the Quantico, VA facilities and various locations in Stafford, VA. Certified installers are required for each family of furniture/benches/demountable walls that are used in the facilities. The resultant contract will fulfill the FBI's requirement to realign space within its facilities to accommodate increased funded staffing levels and enhancements to mission critical requirements. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
